Tractor Trailer Hauling Timber Overturns In Cedar Hill
CEDAR HILL TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – The driver of a tractor trailer hauling heavy timber escaped serious injury after his rig overturned on Burgess Gower Rd Tuesday morning. Location of wreck. The call came into 911 at 6:22am.
There were two vehicles involved in the accident, according to the THP. According to a witness, the driver of the semi swerved to miss an SUV as it approached the stop sign at Burgess Gower Rd and Will Head. The witness said it looked like the SUV was not going to stop and the driver of the semi swerved to miss it. The THP confirmed that report.
It took several hours to clean up the accident scene and remove the heavy timber. Fortunately no one was injured in the accident.
