Remember, saving one dog or cat will not change the world, but surely for that one dog or cat the world will change forever.

Thinking about adopting a new forever friend? Come check out our boy Junior, he’s one great lil fellow. He’s a lab mix, approx a year old and brown in color. He’s good with kids, other dogs and cats. He would make a great family pet or best new friend for someone.

Looking for a smart and very friendly dog? Check out our boy Buford.. He’s a yellow lab fellow, approx 3 years old and very, very friendly. He loves to be rubbed on and never meets a stranger. He is also a smart boy, knows how to sit and lay down as well as other commands and does well on a leash. He would make a great family pet or companion for someone.

Our lil lady Mindy is one of the sweetest kitties you’ll ever meet. She is approx 1 1/2 years old, black and white in color and very friendly. She has been here since Sept and we are really hoping she gets adopted soon. She’s a great girl, gets along fine with children, other cats and dogs. She would love to be adopted and get a new forever family and life.

She’s a beautiful light grey tabby, approx 1 1/2 years old and just as sweet as can be. She does great with children, other cats and dogs. We hope this sweet girl gets adopted soon and starts the new life she is dreaming of.

Bowser is an 8 month old Poodle/Lab (maybe) mix. He is very shy at first and will do better with women as he seems to be frightened of men. Bowser is going to be a pretty large dog…all legs, but will be on the large size. He’s a super sweet guy once he knows and trusts you. Bowser will do best in a home with no small children (for his sake) and will need a home with gentle voice/hands and some patience. He’s a staff favorite and will just melt your heart with his sweet eyes and loving personality. Bowser is fully vetted, up to date on vaccines and Rabies, tested negative for heartworms and fixed. He should be an inside pet with outside privileges.

Chewy is a 6 year old Chihuahua/Terrier mix. He is very sweet and loving and came in with another dog and seems to do okay with others. Chewy would do better in a home without small children. If you have another dog in your home and they are up to date on vaccines, we suggest you bring them to the shelter to meet Chewy or any of our furbabies and see how they react to one another. Chewy is fully vetted, up to date on vaccines and Rabies, tested negative for heartworms and fixed. He should be an inside family member with outside privileges.

Winnie is a beautiful 2-3 year old kitty who is up for adoption and what a sweetheart this girl is. She’s fully vetted, fixed, tested negative for FIV/FELV, FVRCP vaccinated, Rabies and now looking for a forever home to call her own. She’s at that wonderful age of having all of the kitten out of her and now ready to enjoy the calmer side of life. Winnie should be an inside only member of the family and should never be declawed for her own safety.

Mischa is a 4-5 month old Domestic Short Hair cat. She is very friendly, very playful and should make for a wonderful companion. She was a found stray and brought into the shelter with her Mom and siblings. All her siblings have been adopted and she needs her forever home now. Mischa is fully vetted, has been spayed, tested negative for FIV/FELV, FVRCP vaccinated, Rabies and dewormed. She must be an inside only cat and never declawed for her own safety.
