WHITE HOUSE TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A Bucket Truck Overturned in White House sending the operator (Herman Escobar) to the hospital via LifeFlight. The bucket was estimated to be 40-45 feet high when it tipped over. He was awake when crews arrived but in a lot of pain.

The accident is still under investigation, but one report initially suggested that soft ground may have contributed but for what ever reason the bucket just began to tip over slowly; eventually pinning the operator under the bucket.

The accident occurred at 4081 Jernigan Road in White House, on the property of Jernigan Electric Motor Repair. The injured man was with a tree service company contracted by Cumberland Electric to keep power lines clear of trees.

UPDATE: Herman was released from the hospital the same day and is home recovering. He suffered three broken ribs and substantial facial bruising but is expected to recover fully.
